Unbelievably enough, even in the middle of a pandemic, LR management has continued to grow. At the beginning of 2020, LR had 20 communities under management. POISED FOR GROWTH AND ONGOING IMPROVEMENT IN 2021
LR Management continues to grow quickly and anticipates as much growth and opportunity in year 2021.
With growth comes change and LR has plans to continue to roll out new ways to improve operations with the implementation of best practices and utilization of technology. This past year LR rolled out advertising on Zillow, GoHooper landing pages, Instagram pages, and new marketing materials. This year, the plan is to roll out new Yardi resident statements, more social events for our residents, more training programs, and more!
Today, LR provides housing to 20,000 Michiganders and our ongoing commitment is to continue to provide the best hospitality and the best service in Michigan.
